WHAT IS FOUNDATION TRAINING?
Foundation Training is a corrective exercise system developed by Dr. Eric Goodman to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
Using simple, intentional movements, it retrains the body to move the way it was designed improving alignment, strengthening the posterior chain, and restoring proper support throughout the body. This isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about moving smarter.

HOW IT WORKS


Foundation Training focuses on posture, breathing, and movement patterns to rebuild strength and stability throughout the body.
Through guided exercises, you’ll learn how to:
